Digital dermoscope examination is the most up-to date professional diagnostic system for pigment skin changes ( moles). Special camera ( lens with light source) and software analyze 50-62 marks of examinated mole. The classification is then much more exact, than by naked eye or using a common lens. The system provides a long-term observation of nevi through video documentation, analysis of melanocytic nevi with the Mole Analyzer (comparing it with it´s own database ot thousands pictures with 95% exactness).
The proposed diagnosis must be always confirmed by experienced dermatologist.The picture of the mole on the screen is 50x larger, illuminated, which helps the dermatologist to estimate the relevance of examinated mole and the proper type of treatment.
